ოთხფეხა მეგობრებზე ზრუნვა რე|ბანკის სოციალური პასუხისმგებლობის ნაწილია, რომლის ფარგლებშიც 2019 წლიდან დღემდე არაერთი სოციალური პროექტი განახორციელა.

წელს Animal Project-თან ერთად დაიგეგმა მიუსაფარი ცხოველების სტერილიზაცია/კასტრაცია ქალაქ ზუგდიდში, რისთვისაც რე|ბანკმა გამოყო 15 000 ლარი. სტერილიზიაცია ჩაუტარდება ასამდე მიუსაფარ ძაღლს.

ცხოველის გასტერილების შემდეგ:

• პოზიტიურად იცვლება ცხოველის ქცევა - მცირდება აგრესია და ტერიტორიის მონიშვნის სურვილი;
• მნიშვნელოვნად მცირდება გადამდები ინფექციური დაავადებების რისკი; ხდება სიმსივნური დაავადებების პრევენცია;
• დაახლოებით 3-5 წლით იზრდება ცხოველის სიცოცხლის ხანგრძლივობა;
• შემცირდება ქუჩაში მყოფი ცხოველების რაოდენობა და უკონტროლო გამრავლება.

ბევრი შინაური ცხოველი ქუჩაში ყოველგვარი ზრუნვის და თავშესაფრის გარეშე ცხოვრობს, განსაკუთრებით მძიმეა მათი მდგომარეობა რეგიონებში. სტერილიზაცია/კასტრაცია მიუსაფარი ცხოველების პოპულაციის მართვის, მსოფლიოში აპრობირებული, ეფექტური და ჰუმანური მეთოდია, რომელსაც Animal Project-ის გუნდი რე|ბანკის მხარდაჭერით განახორციელებს.

Re|Bank and Animal Project team up for stray dogs

Caring for four-legged friends is part of Re|Bank's social responsibility. Within the framework of the project, several social projects have been implemented since 2019.

This year, together with the Animal Project, spaying/neutering homeless animals has been planned in Zugdidi, for which Re|Bank allocated 15, 000 GEL. Up to a hundred stray dogs will be sterilized.

After spaying/neutering of the animal:

• The animal's behavior changes positively - aggression and the desire to mark the territory decrease;
• The risk of contagious infectious diseases is significantly reduced; cancerous diseases are prevented;
• the lifespan of the animal increases by approximately 3-5 years;
• The number of animals on the street and uncontrolled breeding will decrease.

Many pets live on the street without care or shelter, which is especially difficult in the regions. Spaying/neutering is a world-proven, effective, and humane method of managing the population of homeless animals, which will be implemented by the Animal Project team with the support of Re|Bank.
